Blender: we matched the blender control by lower motor for you.Lower mixing system transmission power is more direct and not easy to swing. There are also holes on the blender, which has two paddles, it can increase friction. The blender is frequency control. 0-43 turns per minute(adjustable).Controlled by PLC.
Automatic raker, it can automatically go upand down and can discharge spent grains automatically. When it is not in use,t is on the top of raker. It is on the bottom of raker when it is in use . The spent grain outlet door is on the oottom of tank body. It can greatly save the manpower and improve theefficiency.
Milling sieve plate:The filter plate gap is less than 0.7mm. It is made by machine. The gap is more well-distributed. Never leak spent grain.
