Mash is a process to make the malt and high polymer material and its decomposition products decompose and dissolve in water with the action of various hydrolytic enzymes of the malt, the water as well as the heating.
Mash system can be single,2,3,4 vessels and other combinations to meet different needs of customers. Heating method can be steam, electric or fire heating.
Fermenters can be widely used in the fields of fermentation such as the beer fermentation, fruit wine fermentation and Kvass fermentation. Its accessories include safety valve(on the top of the tank), sampling valve(on the tank), temperature probe, CIP joint, wort inlet and outlet, manhole and so on.
