Product Description

Saccharifying system

It's generally consists of mash copper,mash tun,filter tank,boiling pot and etc,specification from 50L-80000L,  mainly customized according to the client's requirements.


Equipment body adopt the international standards of high quality stainless steel material, using manufacturing technology such as automated plasma, the laser line cutting and pure ammonia gas protection welding,which can realize aseptic operation;Adopting efficient Miller board jacket heat exchange technology, according to the principle of steam turbulence of science achieve the maximum heat transfer and energy saving effect; Adopting import PU heat preservation measures,make the equipment surface temperature and room temperature are basically identical.Overall and pipe layout have elegant appearance, polishing smooth transition, no dead angle, operating easily,stable performance,high temperature boiling pan also has special block,which is safe and with high degree of automation;The body levelness is adjustable,without running away,dripping,leaking of materials,no leakage of steam.


The pipes,pipe fittings, valves between equipment are adopt sanitary quick-joint to connect, which is convenient to disassemble, assemble,move and transform;Quick-joint gasket material are all made of edible level material;The pump used with a good acid and alkali resistance,high temperature resistance and low oxygen intake. In addition, there are malt mill, rice mill, plate cooler, wort oxygenation device, discharge of gas system, used in the beer production process of wort preparation.

Mash tun and mash copper:

shorting the technology process time, when the heat transfer calculation, should guarantee the auxiliary material ratio is 40%, all mash within 60ºC to 100ºC range when add water ratio at 1:6.3, the heating rate is 1~1.5ºC/s. A calculated heating area. General the jacket heating area and the tank effective volume ratio of 1~1.3:1, the diameter of the tank and the high of cylinder ratio is commonly 2:1, to the benefit of improving the heating area and mash convection. Cross-section of the exhaust pipe is 1/30 to 1/50 of liquid evaporation area. Agitator rotational speed set secondary, mixing speed of 40~50 rps for feeding, and 12~20 rps for mash heating mixing.


Filter tank:

Mixing of the raw material and feeding water ratio is 1:4.2 to 1:4.6 per ton, feeding material takes about 5~5.5m2 tank volume per ton. The old filter tank sieve plate all adopt 3.5 to 4.5mm thickness of red copper,brass,phosphor bronze,generally the sieve pore width at the top is 0.6 to 0.7mm, the width at the bottom is 3 to 4mm, is generally 20 to 30mm long, hole sieve plate opening rate is generally 6%~8%. Boiling pot:generally take its diameter and height ratio as 1:2, that avail to gain a larger heating area, the fill factor generally takes 0.65 to 0.75. Heavy spiral groove:generally take its diameter and height ratio as 1:1.5 to 2, wort tangent into the slot speed generally get 10~20m/s.
