The type is one fully automatic high configuration beer brewing system, equipped with Frequency rake, agitator, ABB Motor, Sanitary centrifugal pump.  

For the special epidemic period, We design the whole system in one complete platform. The pipeline and valves have already connected in the platform. When our customer receive the system, they just need connect the electricity and water, then the whole system will work.

This type brew house is 3 vessels 1000L brew house, One vessel is mash tun, one vessel is lauter tank, and one vessel is kettle/whirlpool tank. The valves adopt pneumatic valves. It can realize automatic control, and it can improve efficiency and save labor cost.

The control system adopt SIEMENS brand PCL touch screen control system, all the frequency rake , frequency agitator, Motor, pump , pneumatic valves are all automatic controlled by the PLC control system.
