We have matched you with a mixer controlled by a lower motor.Lower hybrid system drive power is more direct, not easy to swing.The blender also has holes and two paddles to increase friction.This mixer is frequency controlled.0-43 laps per minute (adjustable).Controlled by PLC.
Grinding sieve plate: the filter plate clearance is less than 0.7mm.This is done by machines.The gap is more uniform.Never let out any used grain.
Equipped with glass top manholes instead of normal manholes.It allows the brewer to see inside the tank more easily
Polishing precision: All of our tanks will do picking, which will help to remove the oxygenation on welding line and form protection film on the steel to avoid rust that can extend the tanks' working life. The polishing precision can up to Ra0.4um, we can guarantee our tanks won't breed bacteria.
Automatic raker, it can automatically go upand down and can discharge spent grains automatically. When it is not in use,it is on the top of raker. It is on the bottom of raker when it is in use. The spent grain outlet door is on the bottom of tank body. It can greatly save the manpower and improve theefficiency.
