Features:
Brewery serving tanks are specialized vessels that are used to store, carbonate, and serve beer in breweries, bars, and restaurants. These tanks are essential for maintaining the quality and freshness of the beer, ensuring that it is delivered to customers in the best possible condition.
There are several key advantages to investing in the tanks:
1. Consistent Quality: the tanks help to ensure that beer is served at the right temperature and pressure, which is crucial for maintaining consistency and quality. This not only enhances the drinking experience for customers but also helps to build brand loyalty and repeat business.
2. Increased Efficiency: the tanks are designed to be highly efficient, enabling brewers to quickly and easily dispense beer without the need for additional equipment or manual labor. This can be especially useful in busy bars and restaurants where speed of service is important.
3. Customizable: the tanks are available in a range of sizes and can be customized to suit the specific needs of the brewery or bar. This includes features such as insulation, cooling jackets, and custom branding, which can help to differentiate a business from its competitors.
4. Cost-effective: the tanks are a cost-effective solution for storing and dispensing beer compared to other alternatives such as kegs or bottles. They require less labor, are easier to clean, and can be reused over and over again.
5. Promotes Sustainability: the tanks are a more sustainable option for breweries as they reduce the need for disposable containers, which can have a significant environmental impact. They can also be used to promote environmental initiatives by offering refillable growlers or encouraging customers to bring their own containers to be filled.
Overall, brewery serving tanks are an important investment for any brewery or bar looking to improve the quality of their beer, increase efficiency, and promote sustainability. With their customizable features, cost-effective price point, and consistent quality, they offer a range of advantages for businesses looking to stay competitive in the crowded beverage market.
After the fermentation process is complete – the beer is ideally conditioned, carbonated and stored to become a mature, well-rounded craft beverage.
For this application, a brite beer tank (or BBT) can be employed for this process.
The design of a BBT generally consists of a torispherical top, cylindrical body and torispherical bottom. These are tanks working under pressure – so they are insulated and equipped with cooling jackets, safety fittings, CIP components and a manway for inside access.
Brite beer tanks can be manufactured in a variety of volumes and sizes, depending on the capacity of the brewery, They can be installed outside when needed (or when capacity requires a larger size).
Your BBT is the last vessel that your beer comes in contact with to become a drink that is perfectly matured, clarified and served.
The first important function is that a BBT allows your product to relocate from the fermenter, allowing you to get another batch of wort fermenting.
A BBT also helps stabilize before packaging. While your fermenter needs to run at higher fermentation temperatures, you want your beer and bright tank at much lower temperature – to allow the beer to mature and carbonate to the correct levels.
