Sterilizing biological sources of contamination, such as yeast in beer, under temp 72℃(27PU) at 30 seconds. Keeping beer nutritious and long time storage, ensure its taste and flavor. The flash pasteurizer is popular in European market.
* Proceess: 2~4℃→72℃（30seconds）→2~4℃
* The fresh beer is pumped into flash pasteurizer for pre-heating and regeneration, sterilized by hot water (75℃) and raise
temperature up to 72℃, holding at 27PU. Then the beer is cooled by chilled water(0~2℃), reduce temp down to 4℃, and transfer to filling tank.
Sterilization temperature is automatically adjusted through the steam valve in the system. In case of unsatisfied temperature, it return back to system for re-sterilization.
