The fermentation process is an essential stage in beer brewing. Its fermentation system comprises several fermentation tanks, each fitted with an airtight lid and a cooling system designed to maintain the ideal fermentation temperature for producing premium-quality beer. The stainless steel tanks are also equipped with a refrigeration coil that helps to keep the beer at the desired temperature throughout the fermentation process.

The HG 5bbl brewhouse is also fitted with a unique mash tun that facilitates the process of converting the malted grain into fermentable sugars. The transportation department will come up with a checklist and put them in a metal box, and you will receive a checklist of everything we ship. All tank openings have plastic covers to prevent dust; The tanks on the hanger must be bolted. The bracket and tank will be fixed in the container with bolts and steel wire. After shipment, we will have complete loading pictures and check list, and provide pictures of all parts.
