Our 10 bbl skid mounted brewing systems come with various heating methods including electric, direct fire, indirect fire and steam.  We also offer various turnkey control methods, including  basic or advanced touch-screen panels, HERMS or RIMS, automated wort grant controls, a variable-speed peristaltic pump option and many more.

We can make brewhouse from 1bbl to 100bbl volume.

2 vessels: mash lauter tun, kettle whirlpool tun.

3 vessels: mash tun, lauter tun, kettle whirlpool tun.

4 vessels: mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, whirlpool tun.

We also customize the brewing equipment uniquely by your special requirement. Heat exchangers, valves, pipelines, work platforms, pumps, etc are all included.

This 10 BBL Brewhouse features:

All the tanks insulation using argon arc welding and the inner tank will do pickling and passivation or mirror polishing;

Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts, electric parts, and operation parts;

All the steam heating beer brewery tanks will do water and pressure tests when finishing. The pressure test is 2-4bar;

 Closed grant system improves runoff performance;

 Variable speed drives on pumps, motors, and agitators;

Stainless steel work platform for integrity, no rusting, and long life;
