The shipping department will work out the checking list and pack them in a Iron box, you will receive a checking list with everything we shipped. All tank ports with a plastic cover to prevent dust; Tanks on cradle must be secured with bolts. The cradle and tanks will be fixed inside the container by bolts and steel wires. After shipping, we will have the completed loading pictures and checking list with all parts pictures provided.

Aftersale service: the quality of the main parts within 36 months, the electrical components are within 1 year. If they go wrong without artificial factors within warranty, we will freely provide them or maintain them for you. After warranty, if you need to change parts, we will kindly provide you with the best price or maintain it in your site. Whenever you have technical question in using it, we will freely do our best to support you.

Installation and training: We provide training if the technical engineers of the buyer come in our company. If the buyer needs our engineer to install and training at buyer's spot, the buyer should pay for the visa cost, air ticket, and accommodation and salary, etc.

Besides,we will take the pictures for you on the process of production. We will buy the transformer to test the machine after we finishing the production. morover, we will do water and pressure test after the fermentation tanks are ready in our factory. Importantly, our quality inspection department will check the quality of all the equipment before we delivery the goods.
