This machine is suitable for filling and capping carbonated soft drink. It is equipped the advanced device, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology. It has the characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, capping reliably, frequency conversion timing, less material loss. It can be equipped long-distance control system. It is the preferred equipment for the medium beverage plant.

• The main drive adopts step-less speed change for frequency conversion, the whole machine adopts PLC control; the capping machine and filling machine adopts coupling joint, to ensure synchronization of two machines.
• With filling with can, no filling without can.
• The filling manner is constant pressure filling, with fast filling speed and stable action.
• Adopting introduce into full set of Switzerland (Ferrum) capping technology.
• Capping trolley adopts high hardness alloy steel quench(HRC＞62), capping curve adopts projection grinder precision machining, to ensure the quality of capping.

Can depalletizer: This machine is specially design for empty cans. It carries the empty cans by layers onto the accumulations table so as to send the cans to the canning line. |

Can rinser: It is used to clean empty can in canning production line. Empty cans will be sent to turning device first, which will be turned around then transferred into rinsing machine. Empty can will be running from top to bottom along the turning device. When empty cans enter into rinsing machine, they will be cleaned by 80℃ hot water (provided by customer) to reach aseptic state of can. There is certain inclination angle in both sides of rinser, whose size could be adjusted properly when needed. Empty cans will be rolling in parallel way from top to end; the waste water will be discharged from outfall. |

Tunnel pasteurizer: This spray warm and cooling machine also named tunnel pasteurizer, which is different from the direct heat method (instantaneous sterilization), tunnel pasteurizer sterilize products and containers together, so that you can eliminate various possible causes of the growth of harmful bacteria within the allowed time. |

Liquid level detector: This liquid level detector is matching for the automatic canning line to fill beer. When the filling volume can not match the standard, the machine will remove the cans automatically to ensure the quality of the products. |

Dryer: 1. This machine is applicable for drying the cans/bottles before labelling. 2. The wind direction is adjustable. The wind mouth can also be adjusted according to actual situation. 3. Almost every kind and size of bottles can be dried by this machine. 4. Low energy cost. 5. No easy-wear accessories or parts. |

Our package:
The shipping department will work out the checking list and pack them in a Iron box, you will receive a checking list with everything we shipped. All tank ports with a plastic cover to prevent dust; Tanks on cradle must be secured with bolts. The cradle and tanks will be fixed inside the container by bolts and steel wires. After shipping, we will have the completed loading pictures and checking list with all parts pictures provided.
