1. Rinsing part
1) Introduction
This machine is rotary rinser, mainly used in beer bottles . The main structure and the wash equipment wetted parts and external shields are stainless steel; gear transmission.

Washing machine is made up of lifting device, the main transmission device, the fixed frame, clamp device, distributor, open clamp cams and over turn cams etc.
2. Filling part
1) Introduction
Filling machine are made up of liquor pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, filling cylinder, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, cleaning glass, stimulating bubble arm.
2) Height of filling tank adjustment
The head of filling machine is supported by the middle stand column, loose the key when lift or fall off, then turn adjusting nut and lock the key
3. Capping part
1) Introduction
Capping machine consists of hopper, chute, gland upper part, lower part, lift and anti-rotating pillar.
2) The requirements of the crown cap:
Only a standard height outer-diameter covered crown can guarantee the work of capper operating normally, crown cover should be stored in dry room.

The second option: On-line service will be provided. If still under guarantee period, the necessary accessories and parts will be provided free, the buyer afford the transportation cost.
Q: How do you guarantee the filling machine operation?
A: Before the delivery, we will test and debug all machines in good condition and record the video for your checking.
