The filling part details:
Filling system consists of filling valves, control devices, etc. Filling valve components, including liquid valve, the back (Note) trachea, air valves, lifting mechanism, exhaust valve. Empty cans into the tank through the conveyor into the filling machine.
Function:
1) It is controlled by PLC industrial computers, and it is full-automatic.
2) If machine stops, there are the reasons you can see on the floor. “Such as Machine stop because there is no caps”.
3) It adopts frequency (Mitsubishi) conversion stepless speed regulation.
4) Sealing machine and filling machine are connected by hooks coupling universal coupling to make sure them a same working pace.
5) There is a long pipe connected with a scram button. Operator can carry it anyway. This makes machine more safety and protects operator well.
