The PET Bottle Beer Filler is a three-in-one beer filling machine for filling, rinsing, and sealing. The device has the following features:
1. All parts in contact with liquids are made of high-quality stainless steel, which is clean and hygienic; the seals are imported parts and meet the requirements of food hygiene.
2. Elevated high-efficiency spray nozzles are used. It can not only fully wash the PET beer bottle, but also save the water consumption of the bottle washing.
3. Use the entire stainless steel bottle clip to transfer the bottle. The host adopts the direct connection technology of the air-feeding channel and the in-wheel dial, and the bottle transmission adopts card bottleneck technology at the same time, so that the bottle shape can be changed on the premise of unchanged PET bottle diameter, without any change of replacement, saving the adjustment time of different bottle type conversion.
4. The level and pressure of the filling cylinder are controlled by analog level probes and precision control valves, respectively.
5. Equipped with a high-pressure foaming device, the resident air at the bottleneck can be minimized.
6. The advanced CIP cleaning system enables complete cleaning and disinfection of all containers and pipe walls before and after operation.

The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, carbonated beverage and beer tank, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, stimulating bubble arm, vacuum system, etc.
3) Capping part: 6 heads
The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slide way, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column.
