Keg washer:
Keg washer is designed for the washing and sterilizing work of all kinds of beer refreshing containers (including stainless steel keg and plastic beer keg). And this machine can do the works washing, sterilizing and CO2pressure preparing automatically.
The control unit of this machine uses the PLC of Siemens to control the whole process. All of the controls parameters (time value) can be adjusted when it is running. Clients can adjust time parameter according to different needs. Not need one part of the working routine, please adjust relevant time parameter to 0. Notice part 7 to know more about adjusting time parameter. This machine is easy to operate. It can wash different refreshing kegs and draught beer kegs by switch selector and changing cleaning head. This machine is electricity saving and water saving type, it can save 50% water.

Keg filler:
This machine adopts the patent technology of the isopiestic pressure filling. All process is manual operation, easy to control. The machine is stainless steel. Superior quality of corrosion proof, long-life for use.
Working principle
Firstly you put the keg on platform and press the keg tightly using filling head. Before filling beer, you need to fill CO2 to the empty keg so that the beer foam can be largely decreased and keep beer stable when beer is filled. When the keg is full, the filling will stop automatically.
Besides, it can wash the pipeline automatically after you finish the filling work. Pls look at the pressure parameter as follows:

Components of the machine:
There are three main parts of this machine:
Bottle rinser, Filler and Capping machine
1) Bottle rinsing part: 18 washing heads

The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, carbonated beverage and beer tank, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, stimulating bubble arm, vacuum system, etc.
3) Capping part: 6 heads
The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slide way, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column.
