This equipment is designed for stainless steel kegs of washing, sterilizing and filling. The process of washing, sterilizing, filling is finished automatically. The temperature of hot water and alkali is controlled automatically. Filling volume is controlled by high-speed positioning filling skill. it has the function of auto washing of pipeline. It is a high-quality products consist of washing and filling.
The control unit adopts the Germany's Siemens’s control system to control the process. All control parameters (time value) can be adjustment without stopping the equipment. This equipment is easily to be operated. Different kegs can be washed and filled by selecting the switch settings and replacing the cleaning head.
Available to connect more than one machine together to reduce the invest.
Main structure
This equipment consists of frame, the electrical control system, solenoid valve, pneumatic components, air blast system, waterway system and so on.
It adopts stainless steel control crow valve and pneumatical component of Taiwan AIRTAC.
Working Procedures
Location and Clamp— push the remain of kegs by compressed air— washing by clean water—push the water by compressed air -- sterilize by hot alkali water—push (back to lye tank)—hot water washing—drying (back to clean water tank)—sterilize by steam—keep the pressure by steam-- sterile water washing—C02 cleaning and back to the hot water tank—CO2 pressure—filling----beer returns--- Cylinder
