Canning Machine 2-1 machine is a filling sealing 2 in 1 machine designed combined with the actual situation in our country after the introduction and absorption.
It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level and realizing that it only starts to filling when there is a can, otherwise it will stop filling. Using the device structure of filling valve precover device plus supporting can bottom device, it can guarantee the maximum stability of cans when they passing in and out of the filling machine. Filling cylinder braces use worm-gear box going up and down to satisfy cans of different height. Float switches in the filling cylinder ensure a smooth liquid inlet.
The main transmission adopts gear transmission belt and gear box type exposed drive combination with advantages of high efficiency, low noise and smooth operation. It adopts frequency conversion steeples speed regulation and is controlled by PLC industrial computers. Canning Machine are connected by hooks coupling universal coupling to make sure them a same working pace.

Main technical features:
1. For empty cans there is washing and blowing with can top with carbon dioxide when filling over and before sealing. It can reduce the oxygen increment effective.
2. During the filling process, the cans cannot lift, valves lifts. Valve lifts controlled by air cylinder not controlled by the ordinary mechanical movements, consequently little wear.
3. Flling machine and sealing machine have the same pitch which makes transportation speed more stable, it hasn’t out transition sprocket like small cans filling & sealing machine.
4. Perfect controlling of liquid level in filling tank. It ensures a stable liquid for tank in filling process.

Package:
The transportation department will come up with a checklist and put them in a metal box, and you will receive a checklist of everything we ship. All tank openings have plastic covers to prevent dust; The tanks on the hanger must be bolted. The bracket and tank will be fixed in the container with bolts and steel wire. After shipment, we will have complete loading pictures and check list, and provide pictures of all parts.
